Weekend Bartender / Server, The Zeplin

The Zeplin is looking for a weekend bartender/server who takes pride in craft and cares deeply about the guest experience. This role is for someone who can execute thoughtful cocktails, move comfortably in a busy room, and make people feel genuinely welcome while doing it.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong proficiency with craft cocktails and classic techniques

  • A natural sense of hospitality and the ability to read a room

  • Curiosity and creativity behind the bar

  • Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and sharing that knowledge with guests

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends, with shifts running until midnight
